The first thing worth mentioning is how incredibly well-made the Blaze is. All parts are stable, and it feels completely sturdy. The attention to detail is superb; every single nut, bolt and piece was received in great shape, with top-notch craftsmanship. There were no misaligned holes, or missing parts.
The Blaze has a tremendous amount of great exercise capabilities. The workout features include a lat tower, lower pulley station, leg curl attachment and sliding seat rail. These features allow workout options for all muscle groups.
This multitasking machine doesn’t only offer vast exercise options, but it’s easy to use as well. Despite its advanced capabilities, there is nothing overcomplicated about it. The easy-switch cables save time and three-position seat is comfortable in all positions.
Because the Blaze is mega-condensed, the compact design saves a ton of space. There is no way my small workout room could accommodate the equipment that this all-in-one gym replaces.
My husband and I were both used to free weights, so the Blaze took a little getting used to. However, I was especially happy with the different results I achieved with the resistance training. I find the Bowflex far superior to free weight training for toning without the bulk.

My least favorite thing about the Blaze was the assembly. Thank goodness that’s behind me and I can move along loving my gym because during the assembly processes I hated it! It took over three long hours to assemble. However, regardless of what seemed like an endless assembly process, I have to admit that all pieces were well-made, holes were correctly aligned and there were no missing parts.
Both my husband and I agree, the leg curls feel awkward. There is more than a foot height difference between us, as well as vastly different body shapes, and still, neither of us can get used to it. In my opinion, the leg curl attachment is the biggest design flaw.
The resistance ratings seem a bit generous. No weight feels equal to its claim. This really doesn’t bother me, however, my husband has mentioned it several times.
